Paper published in Nature Genetics

Yesterday, our latest manuscript “Bridging the gap between GWAS and network medicine with GNExT” was published as a Correspondence in Nature Genetics. GNExT (GWAS Network Exploration Tool) is a web platform addressing the growing need within the GWAS community for improved accessibility, interpretability, and downstream (re)use of GWAS data. GNExT integrates GWAS findings with gene-mapping approaches, as well as systems and network biology and pharmacology frameworks. Its standardized and scalable Nextflow pipeline enables researchers to seamlessly deploy and host their own datasets while retaining full data control. If you want to set up your own GNExT instance using your GWAS datasets, check it out. We’re happy to support you along the way and would love to hear your feedback.
